En nuestro posicionamiento como compañía líder en ciberseguridad, queremos reforzar nuestro equipo con un/a Agile Scrum Engineer (Intermediate) para participar en proyectos estratégicos, impulsando la adopción, consolidación y evolución de metodologías ágiles en equipos multidisciplinares dentro de entornos tecnológicos complejos. 💡 ¿Qué harás? • Facilitar las ceremonias ágiles del equipo, incluyendo Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review y Sprint Retrospective. • Garantizar la correcta aplicación del marco Scrum y fomentar las buenas prácticas ágiles en el día a día. • Identificar, gestionar y desbloquear impedimentos de forma autónoma para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos del equipo.…
