The Role As a CRM Business Analyst, you'll sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and customer engagement. Your primary job is to turn user data and business questions into actionable insights and concrete improvements to how Fever retains and grows its global user base. You'll define customer segmentation frameworks, measure the impact of engagement initiatives, automate reporting, and help translate analytical findings into CRM strategies that the broader team executes.
