YOUR MISSION You will be at the heart of Glovo's Global Logistics and Operations team, owning the data work behind how we design, test, and optimize the order compensation structures that reward our riders across 23 countries. This is one of the highest impact areas in the company, rider payments are our largest operational cost, and every model you build or experiment you run translates directly into business outcomes at scale. The environment is fast moving. Priorities shift and ad hoc requests come in regularly. This internship is built for someone curious, hands-on, and eager to learn how real operational decisions get made with data.
