Buscamos un perfil Business Analysis Senior con inglés alto (nivel C1) y experiencia en el sector seguros, para incorporarse en el área de transformación Digital, Data & AI del cliente. El perfil actuará como enlace entre negocio y equipos técnicos para asegurar el alineamiento de las soluciones con los objetivos estratégicos y la aportación de valor medible. Ubicación: Cornellà / Barcelona - modelo híbrido 60/40 Horario de oficina flexible Perfil senior con, al menos, 7 años de experiencia en levantamiento y análisis de necesidades/requisitos de negocio. Experiencia en análisis de procesos, sistemas y flujos de trabajo. Familiaridad con modelado de procesos, herramientas de gestión de requisitos y metodologías de gestión de proyectos.
