Actualmente estamos buscando un/a HR Operations & Total Reward Services Specialist para incorporarse a nuestro equipo en España, con sede en Barcelona, reportando directamente al HR Operations & Total Reward Services Manager. Tu misión será garantizar una gestión de nómina precisa, puntual y conforme a la normativa vigente, asegurando la correcta ejecución y cierre de los procesos mensuales de nómina, así como la adecuada gestión de los conceptos retributivos especiales (pagas extraordinarias, comisiones, bonus, indemnizaciones, incentivos, horas extras, etc.).
