Junior People Operations Data Analyst

What You'll Do At Fever, People decisions run on data. As part of the People Analytics team, you'll turn data into actionable insights that shape our talent strategy and employee experience! You'll work on top of a modern stack (BigQuery, Dataform, Looker, Google Sheets/Apps Script) and connect HRIs and ATS systems. We use AI daily to build faster, and we expect you to do the same, with good judgment. Be the reference for People data insights, supporting HR, Talent, Finance and regional teams in their decisions. Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports for key People metrics (headcount, attrition, compensation, performance, hiring). Write SQL (BigQuery) and model People data so it is reliable, documented and reusable.…
