Key Responsibilities Partner with Business Units and corporate functions in the preparation and assessment of Requests for Approval (RfAs), investment proposals, divestments, financings, commitments, guarantees, and other capital allocation initiatives. Assess business plans, valuations, investment theses, value creation opportunities, and key risks across prospective and existing investments, including monitoring portfolio performance against approved business plans. Develop recommendations through strategic, operational, contractual, commercial, financial, and market analysis to support capital allocation decisions. Facilitate informed decision-making by Ferrovial's Investment Committee and the ultimate approval authorities through clear, rigorous, and balanced investment assessments.…
