We're looking for a Global Benefits & Leave Analyst to join Netskope's Global Employee Growth, Benefits & Well-being team. This team designs and delivers the programs that support employees through life's most important moments, from the day they join Netskope through every stage of their career, and helps make Netskope an employer of choice around the world. In this role, you'll independently own Netskope's global leave of absence program, partnering with vendors, internal stakeholders, and employees directly to make sure people get accurate, timely support exactly when they need it.
