About the Job Allianz Technology is bringing more operating entities onto Salesforce under central governance ahead of a major transition wave. We're looking for someone to own onboarding readiness — turning incomplete, evolving requirements into a working plan, and driving it without waiting for full definition from the top down. What you do Build and maintain the onboarding roadmap for incoming operating entities and business units. Gather and translate business requirements into scalable solutions, running fit-gap analysis where needed. Coordinate stakeholders on scope, timeline, and readiness — including security and compliance prerequisites before go-live. Apply structured intake and governance practices: scoping, prioritization, and change control.…
