Working Student AI Agents Platform Support

The project: We aim to enable AI agents within a CRM platform used globally by Merck Healthcare’s Commercial and Field Force teams in their daily activities. The agents will be developed in an AWS environment and will leverage existing analytics platforms. The role: Support the team in developing, testing, and rolling out new AI-powered features, including conversational and agentic AI. You will work closely with developers and the project lead, gaining hands-on exposure to how AI/LLM features are built and validated in an enterprise pharma environment.
