About this job

Service Contract Administration A day in the Life: Impact customer happiness directly by meeting or exceeding customer’s expectations in all contact with internal and external interactions. Impacts upon the company’s achievement of Service plans and forecast by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders, contracts, tenders, service call, etc. Supports Tenders by collation of information from all relevant parties and provides timely responses to Public and Private tender invitations. Coordinates with internal departments (Service, Sales and Support) to gather relevant information and prepare tender submissions. Acts according to Company policies and procedures. Brings up Terms & Conditions issues to Finance/Legal when required.…
