En Bosch Service Solutions buscamos personas para incorporarse a un proyecto internacional, dando soporte al mercado portugués de una reconocida compañía del sector de la automoción. ¿Cuál será tu misión? Tu día a día consistirá en atender consultas, realizar seguimiento de solicitudes y ayudar a las personas clientes del mercado de Portugal, en las diferentes gestiones relacionadas con el servicio. ¿Cuáles serán tus tareas? Atención a clientes del mercado de Portugal Gestión y seguimiento de consultas e incidencias. Tramitación de solicitudes relacionadas con contratos y facturación. Gestión de reclamaciones y seguimiento de cada caso.…
