Cocinero/a para León Minor Hotels selecciona un/a COCINERO/A para su hotel NH Collection León Plaza Mayor ubicado en León. Funciones: Preparación preliminar, proceso de cocción, emplatado y presentación de platos de alta calidad. Elaboración, conservación y organización de la mise-en-place para cada servicio, minimizando pérdidas. Garantizar la presentación, cantidad y calidad de cada plato. Verificar y controlar el correcto almacenamiento de los productos, aplicando rotación (FIFO). Recepción, conservación y organización de los productos de su partida. Mantener el área de trabajo limpia, ordenada y organizada. Informar sobre problemas de mantenimiento, higiene y peligros. Seguir normas/reglamentos del departamento de sanidad y directrices de servicio al cliente (APPCC).…
