El área de Forensic & Integrity Services de EY es un departamento especializado en investigación financiera, elaboración de Informes Periciales y gestión de riesgos de cumplimiento. Asesoramos a nuestros clientes en el diseño, mejora, implantación y supervisión de sus Sistemas de Cumplimiento Normativo (responsabilidad penal, anticorrupción, sanciones internacionales, competencia etc.), permitiendo que puedan evaluar los riesgos y desarrollando sistemas que permitan prevenirlos o mitigarlos. Además, asistimos a nuestros clientes en la detección de pautas de fraude conocidas o desconocidas, así como en la investigación de potenciales irregularidades cometidas, con el objetivo de determinar la causa que las hayan podido ocasionar.…
