Buscamos un/a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant con conocimiento en los módulos de Sales, Customer Service y Customer Insights. La persona seleccionada actuará como puente entre negocio y tecnología, participando en el diseño funcional, la configuración de la solución y el acompañamiento al cliente durante todo el ciclo del proyecto. Funciones Realizar análisis de negocio y conducir talleres de toma de requisitos con las áreas implicadas. Definir la solución funcional sobre Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, alineada con los procesos de negocio y las mejores prácticas de la plataforma. Elaborar documentación funcional detallada (Functional Design Document – FDD), diagramas de procesos y user stories.…
