Buscamos un/a Cost Controller de Obra para nuestra sede en Madrid, responsable de la gestión y control de costes de proyectos de obra civil, asegurando la eficiencia económica y el cumplimiento de los presupuestos establecidos. Responsabilidades: * Elaborar y controlar los presupuestos de obra, identificando desviaciones y proponiendo acciones correctivas. * Realizar el seguimiento económico de los proyectos, desde la fase de planificación hasta la finalización. * Analizar los costes de materiales, mano de obra y subcontrataciones, buscando oportunidades de optimización. * Gestionar y controlar las certificaciones de obra y las facturas de proveedores. * Colaborar en la preparación de informes económicos periódicos para la dirección del proyecto y la gerencia.…
