Realizar llamadas salientes a nuestros clientes actuales para presentarles soluciones para su negocio, garantizando que generen significativamente más ingresos con TheFork mes a mes. Contactar de forma proactiva a nuestros clientes de restaurantes para mejorar su estrategia de posicionamiento, gestión de ingresos ( revenue management ) y marketing online. Vender, realizar venta cruzada ( upselling ) y fidelizar productos y clientes. Tus KPIs estarán sujetos a los productos vendidos y mantenidos en tu cartera (¡esta será tu tarea principal!), potenciar el uso de las herramientas de TheFork para que los restaurantes interactúen más con sus clientes y el número y calidad de los restaurantes que participan en los Festivales de TheFork.…
