Senior Software Engineer - Customer Success

About this job

As a Senior Software Engineer in the Customer Success Department, you will be responsible for making sure our products are installed and meet our clients requirements with integration and performance management. You will work with a broad range of technologies including multiple flavours of SQL, NoSQL database, on-premise environments, Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google), along with multiple streaming or messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka). While working with these technologies, you will help with installation and configuration of our solutions, but will also develop custom Java inbound and outbound interfaces, use web services to enhance data in process and will develop custom extensions and modules for our Fraud Analysis platform.…
