Define and promote the standardization of the technical management of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) equipment; Establish contacts with stores and internal departments to ensure the equipment parameters defined for the company; Define the best HVAC equipment solutions and monitor their implementation in all projects, in line with established guidelines; Evaluate the performance of equipment and service providers; Support the procurement of new HVAC solutions and suppliers; Monitor investment values and preventive/corrective maintenance to support equipment acquisition decisions.
