Assegurar a análise da responsabilidade e enquadramento do sinistro nos termos da legislação em vigor; Analisar as informações constantes no processo de sinistro e identificar elementos em falta, solicitando-os a Clientes/Terceiros; Assegurar o acompanhamento clínico dos sinistrados, garantido a obtenção dos elementos clínicos e o relacionamento com prestadores; Assegurar a correta provisão dos processos de sinistros da sua gestão; Decidir sobre as responsabilidades contratuais, processar indemnizações, despesas e reembolsos para Terceiros, Segurados e/ou Companhias Seguradoras; Dinamizar e executar a revisão periódica dos processos de sinistros pendentes, no sentido de proceder a eventuais reajustamentos das provisões destes processos e/ou proceder ao seu encerramento; Cumprir os níveis…
