Facilitate and organize Scrum ceremonies and ensure the adoption of Agile practices by the team. Support the Product Owner in effective backlog management, helping organize it to maximize value delivery. Proactively identify and remove impediments, whether technical, organizational, or people-related. Act as an internal coach for the team, fostering a culture of self-organization and Agile best practices. Monitor team performance metrics, such as productivity and velocity, to drive continuous improvement. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master Scrum Master certified Deep understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban). Experience in Agile Estimation and Planning.…
