RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including SaaS applications, cloud services, and internal systems. - Oversee user access, account provisioning, and identity management across platforms (Google Workspace, Okta, Azure AD, etc.). - Ensure network security, endpoint protection, and data encryption policies are in place. - Monitor and optimize hardware and software performance, troubleshooting issues as needed. - Implement and enforce IT security best practices, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and role-based access control (RBAC). - Maintain and support company-wide SaaS tools (Slack, Zoom, Notion, Atlassian, etc.). - Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees by setting up and deactivating accounts.…
