Location: Porto Salvo, Portugal Start date: December 2026 / January 2027 Duration: 12 months Work Model: full time, hybrid (3 days onsite) About the job As a Pharmacovigilance Trainee, you will report directly to the Country Safety Head (CSH) for Portugal and support the local safety team in a variety of activities, including case management, implementation of Risk Management Plans at the local level, safety signal detection, and website monitoring. You will be accountable for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards related to the safety management of products registered in Portugal. In addition, you will assist the CSH with safety-related tasks across the Sanofi portfolio, gaining valuable experience in a regulated and impactful environment.…
