We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to head our Roadside 24/7 Cockpit Team of 15 to 20 Coordinators. The cockpit is the central control layer of our follow-the-sun roadside model: it monitors live assistance cases and partner performance in real time across our Corporate Countries (FR, IT, BENELUX, ES, UK, DACH, and US/CA), stepping in on critical cases. You will ensure our customers receive prompt, professional assistance whenever they need it, working cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners to protect our fleet and deliver premium Customer Service.
