Are you passionate about data and curious about the inner workings of HR? At Emma, we’re looking for a motivated intern to join our People Analytics team within People & Organization. [VS1] In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our people data operations — maintaining our most important data source and supporting impactful analytics across all areas of HR. You’ll gain broad exposure to different HR domains and grow your technical skills in a small, collaborative team. What you’ll do: You will support our P&O teams by building automations and tools using Power Automate and code, based on clearly defined requirements. You will collaborate with the colleagues who use our solutions, gather their feedback and help maintain and improve existing solutions with guidance from the team.…
