Act as the value management for CS Europe, driving financial, operational and strategic performance across the region. Ensure investment discipline and independent challenge of business cases, pricing models, assumptions and profitability across countries. Monitor end-to-end portfolio profitability, from origination through operations, and identify value creation and optimization opportunities. Lead transversal performance excellence initiatives, including profitability improvement, OPEX efficiency, CAPEX optimization, KPI tracking and commercial acceleration programs. Support strategic projects, key customer opportunities and the structuring of new business models and products (e.g., Solar + Storage, Heat,...).…
