Salary Range: Job Description Summary We are looking for a proactive, hands-on AI Enablement & Solutions Lead to accelerate AI adoption across Novartis Portugal. You will work directly with teams to understand their challenges, identify high-value opportunities and rapidly turn them into proofs of solution using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate and approved connected platforms. This is not a role that waits for requests. You will actively engage teams, shape a prioritize pipeline, build and test solutions with users, measure value and help scale what works within our security, privacy, ethics and governance requirements.
