Job Description: We are now looking for a Excellence & Transformation Partner for our Airbus GBS team. Responsibilities: You will be part of a cross-functional team supporting the end-to-end operating model, performance and continuous improvement of the GBS, spanning in 3 main areas: Transition Management (from Preparation to Stabilization) Contribute to improve GBS transition methodology, and ensure effective use of established transition tools and processes Validate the Knowledge Transfer Plan with relevant stakeholders Review risk register, ensure contingency planning is appropriate based on the risks identified Support in the ramp up, hiring and team onboarding Monitor transition during Knowledge Transfer, Reverse Shadowing and Stabilization Ensure recurring reports to Management Team…
