Analyze and map the current tariffing process and related activities within the EU Import Mailbox. Identify stakeholders, process interfaces, manual activities, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across the end-to-end workflow. Support and manage operational bottlenecks in the current mailbox handling process. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, clarify roles and responsibilities, and eliminate non-value-added activities. Implement process improvements and redesign workflows to create leaner, more efficient ways of working. Drive initiatives towards process automation, with the long-term objective of minimizing or eliminating manual mailbox handling.…
