As a Global Payroll Specialist you'll manage end-to-end payroll processing for Portugal, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery. You will be accountable for: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for UK and Portugal, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery Validate payroll inputs, calculations, taxes, social security contributions, and statutory payments. Perform payroll reconciliations and controls to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Ensure timely submission of all payroll-related statutory filings and reporting requirements. Provide payroll expertise to employees, managers, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders. Support HR processes related to hiring, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, and benefits.…
