Job Description and Responsibilities UPS is looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction. This position handles day-to-day service issues within Brokerage. The successful candidate will work closely with hourly and management staff to address process, safety, staffing, and training matters. This role coordinates the needs and efforts of brokers to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitates the smooth execution of procedures and management systems.
