About this job
You will be responsible for managing your own projects in the field of ecommerce operations in one of our Ecommerce markets. You will be the link between our operations teams (customer service, warehouse, delivery, planning, etc) and one of our Ecommerce market team, centralizing information and ensuring a smooth supply chain of our products. You will investigate, escalate, and follow through until it's resolved in case of operational issues You will monitor key performance metrics both on customer experience side (NPS, return rates, Trustpilot, etc.) and on the operations side (stock health, OTIF, forecast accuracy, etc.) to identify improvement opportunities. You will report customer experience and operations performance regularly sharing visibility internally.…
