About The Role We are looking for a Customs Expert to own end-to-end customs compliance across Europe for Emma's Tax & Customs team. You will be responsible for classifying products, maintaining Emma's AEO status, and acting as the single point of contact with customs authorities — work that keeps our international shipments compliant and moving without delay. You'll report to the Head of Customs and work closely with Operations, Transportation, Strategic Procurement, and Product Development teams. What You'll Do Own import and export customs compliance across the EU, UK, and Switzerland, ensuring all documentation meets legal requirements. Classify products accurately by HS code, assessing material, components, and product type to determine the correct customs treatment.…
