Mentor the team of around 12 members. Dashboard Development: Design and develop high-performance, enterprise-grade Power BI reports and dashboards for CIB Financing. Data Modeling: Design, build, and optimize robust data models using Dimensional Modeling (Star Schema). DAX Development: Write and optimize complex DAX calculations and ensure report performance over large datasets. SQL & Data Extraction: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and prepare data from bank databases. Stakeholder Management: Gather requirements directly from CIB business stakeholders, help them define KPIs, and advise them on the best visualization solutions. Governance & Security: Implement Row-Level Security (RLS), manage Power BI workspaces, and enforce best practices across the team.…
