About the role Our Portugal Site HR Team team, composed of 2 people, is integrated in the HR Site and Labor Relations department and focuses on providing support to employees and leadership in collaboration with other stakeholders. As a Site HR Trainee, you will work on employee experience, hire to retire processes and HR meetings with different stakeholders to support employees and managers. You will get the opportunity to contribute to internal procedures and learn about the HR processes in a multinational company and have a positive impact on employee satisfaction.
