Support for the EDP Group’s Organizational Design initiatives, contributing to the definition, development, and implementation of methodologies, processes, tools, and organizational models, while monitoring the continuous evolution of the function and the organization’s transformation needs. Participate in organizational design and redesign projects, supporting the analysis of structures, roles, responsibilities, and operating models. Develop organizational analyses and recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative data. Support the definition and evolution of methodologies, standards, processes, and tools within the Organizational Design function. Prepare executive presentations, supporting documentation, and materials for decision-making forums.…
