At Greenvolt, we're accelerating digital transformation across our international business. We are looking for an IT Change Management Specialist to join our IT Transformation team and play a key role in driving the successful adoption of new technologies, systems, and ways of working across the organization. Key Responsibilities Support the definition and execution of Change Management strategies for IT and digital transformation projects. Assess the organizational impact of new systems, processes, tools, and ways of working. Design and implement communication plans, training strategies, and adoption initiatives. Lead stakeholder engagement activities to foster alignment, sponsorship, and commitment to change. Identify and address resistance to change while promoting sustainable adoption.…
