We are in search of an English and Italian speaking Field Service Coordinator based in Portugal to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in the successful deployment and activation of lockers in Italy and Germany, as well as in reporting field data on deployment and maintenance tickets. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and responsive coordination of field operations, guaranteeing the quality, continuity, and performance of services related to the deployment, activation, and maintenance of Bloq.it lockers. Fair warning: we're scaling fast and the data and reporting capabilities are scaling with us. You'll often need to pull from multiple systems and build the picture yourself before you can analyse it.…
