About the role Our Talent Acquisition team, composed of 13 people, is integrated in the HR Business Service Line department. As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will be responsible for developing, executing and implementing talent sourcing and acquisition strategies. You will do this by working in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to develop and enhance an effective recruiting program that will attract highly qualified individuals by understanding current market trends and talent pools. You will be accountable for: Writing and publishing our internal/external job postings by using Solvay’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to develop clear and concise results-oriented job descriptions and for taking ownership in the published advertisement.…
