About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Market Surveillance & Trading Compliance Specialist to join our CIB Compliance team. In this senior role, you will be responsible for maintaining an effective trading compliance program through robust risk management, monitoring, and surveillance of trading and sales activities. You will apply a data-driven approach to detect market manipulation and quality-of-execution issues, propose system tuning to reduce false positives, and lead investigations.
