Own the execution of paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more to drive net new direct First Time Trade accounts (FTTs). The role runs paid media day-to-day with disciplined testing, strong measurement and clear CAC and payback guardrails. Paid social is the primary focus, with Meta first and LinkedIn and YouTube scaled as incrementality is proven. Paid search, Programmatic display and affiliate marketing complete the paid acquisition mix and the role supports them as required. The role requires a hands-on operator who combines platform craft with commercial judgement in a regulated financial services environment.…
