Greenvolt is looking for a Consolidation Manager to join the Consolidation team, to be responsible for the following tasks: Carrying out the Group’s consolidation process (on a monthly basis), including the preparation of the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS; Identification and monitoring of conversion adjustments between local standards and the Group's reporting standard (IFRS-EU), whenever applicable; Identification, analysis and monitoring of the main consolidation adjustments performed by the Group, such as, elimination of intra-group balances, transactions and margins, determination of Goodwill resulting from transactions carried out by the Group, monitoring of the Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) exercise, among others; Communication with the Group’s…
