As the Housekeeping Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations, managing the team, controlling departmental resources, and ensuring compliance with the hotel's quality standards and brand expectations. What will you have to do? Manage and supervise all daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and facilities meet the hotel's quality standards. Lead, motivate, develop, and evaluate the Housekeeping team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Plan staffing levels, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and service quality. Manage inventory, purchasing, and stock control of linens, uniforms, cleaning products, and supplies.…
