You will take full ownership of last mile and reverse logistics performance across the Southern Cluster, ensuring service excellence, cost efficiency, and scalability across both outbound and inbound flows You will manage and develop a network of delivery and reverse logistics partners, driving performance through clear KPIs, structured governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This includes overseeing delivery execution, returns handling, failed deliveries, and refurbishment-related flows. You will lead operational improvements by identifying inefficiencies, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing scalable solutions that enhance delivery success rates, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.…
