Lead and grow the Mattress & Bed categories by defining the long-term category strategy, portfolio, pricing, and positioning. Define and execute the product portfolio strategy, coordinating product launches, phase-ins, phase-outs, and lifecycle optimization. Develop pricing and positioning strategies that strengthen competitiveness and maximize customer value. Act as the central point of contact for product success, collaborating with product development, marketing, customer service, and supply chain teams. Ensure compelling and consistent product communication by translating key USPs across the webshop and marketing channels. Monitor category performance and use sales data, customer feedback, and market insights to drive continuous improvements.…
