Principais responsabilidades: Gerir as operações diárias. Garantir o cumprimento dos objetivos de produtividade, qualidade, custos e prazos. Liderar, desenvolver e avaliar as equipas operacionais. Planear e distribuir recursos humanos, materiais e equipamentos. Implementar e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs). Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua e otimização de processos. Assegurar o cumprimento das normas de segurança, qualidade e ambiente. Gerir orçamentos e controlar custos operacionais. Resolver problemas operacionais e apoiar a tomada de decisões.…
