Our Lisbon office has grown to 80 people in two years. The ambition doesn't stop there. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Manager who's ready to own something meaningful: a team, a client portfolio, and the commercial outcomes that come with both. This is a role for someone who's already shown they can lead — whether that's managing junior team members, hitting commercial targets, or being the person others look to when things get complex. You don't need to have done this exact job before. But you do need to want the accountability that comes with it.
