You will need to be an effective leader: § You will need to have a solid understanding of software design patterns. § You will need to be a very experienced software Architect. § You will need to have a very strong experience as a developer or as a devops (expert level). § You will need to be passionate about developing software. § You will need to have an agile DNA, being able to motivate, coach and empower development teams and their managers.
