Responsabilidades: Mapear, desenhar, implementar e supervisionar os Planos de Manutenção Preventiva e Corretiva de todos os ativos, com foco especial em sistemas críticos (Eletricidade, AVAC, Sistemas de Combate a Incêndios (SCI), Elevadores, etc.); Otimizar e potenciar o uso da plataforma/software de gestão de manutenção implementado; Gerir o processo de identificação de prestadores de serviços, procurement e o acompanhamento de alterações ou melhorias nas infraestruturas das nossas unidades; Apoio na elaboração, controlo e monitorização orçamental (OPEX) das áreas de Manutenção e Utilities; Garantir a eficiência operacional dos…
