Your contribution to something big: Develop and validate advanced assembly processes and innovative manufacturing technologies alongside internal and external partners. Support the industrialization phase and mass production ramp-up by evaluating process requirements, line readiness, and process robustness on the shop floor. Analyze product requirements holistically, ensuring that mechanical product designs are fully optimized to meet manufacturing and assembly constraints. Lead and coordinate comprehensive Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) reviews to guarantee a seamless transition from prototype to mass production.
